Evolutionary Relativity v3.6.1
Frame-Qualified Organizational Change and Observer-Relative Reconstruction
Author: Kai Wang
Version: 3.6.1
Status: Preprint
Role: Frame-qualified organizational change / trajectory reconstruction
Evolutionary Relativity examines how organizational change is reconstructed across paths, observation windows, temporal resolutions, and analytical frames. It distinguishes endpoint similarity from the trajectory through which a system arrived at that endpoint and asks which aspects of accumulated change remain visible at a chosen scale.
The framework is especially relevant where current-state descriptions conceal different histories, including continual-learning systems and other temporally extended adaptive organizations. It remains a theoretical and pre-validation contribution whose claims must be evaluated under explicitly specified frames.
Research role
ER supplies the trajectory, history, and observation-scale layer of the research program, complementing Connection Theory's persistence framework and FSP's active-updating framework.
